Admit That We’ve Been in Survival Mode Where We Are:

• Leaning on our own understanding
• Depending on the wisdom of men
• In a constant state of fight or flight

Ask God for Help

• Requires humility
• Requires vulnerability
• Be open to the help God sends
• Read the Word (our anchor)
• Pray
