THE HELMET OF SALVATION: Protecting the Battlefield of the Mind
The mind tells your body what you’re going to do.
The enemy can’t get to your spirit but can get to your mind. (Job 1:10)

The only offensive weapon in the entire list—requires effort
Unlike passive armor, the sword must be SWUNG
