Life in the Spirit
(Galatians 5)
(Galatians 5)
Galatians 5:25 (NKJV)
25If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Galatians 5:16–18 (NKJV)
16I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
17For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
18But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Galatians 5:25-26 (NKJV)
25If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
Galatians 5:16–17 (NKJV)
16I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
17For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
Walking in the spirit says you cannot live just any kind of way.
The old you must go away!
If you keep walking in the spirit you will begin to starve the old you.

Galatians 5:18 (NLT)
18But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to the law of Moses.
What you do is in synch with God.
“The Holy Spirit desires to lead you.” – Pastor Billy Johnson
Galatians 5:25 (NLT)
25Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
Don’t miss the pace that the Holy Spirit is taking you.
Follow the Spirit in the easy places and the hard places.
Ephesians 5:18-20
You are controlled by what you feed on.

Ephesians 5:18–20 (NKJV)
18And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
19speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
20giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Let the Holy Ghost control you the way that the wine would.
“What have you been drinking?” – Pastor Billy Johnson
