How to Know the Will of God (Part 3)
Through the Word

Recognize the word has authority over our lives.

• Profitable means useful.
• God is trying to transform our lives.
• God’s word is true.
• Scripture has the final say in our lives.

To know the will of God we have to read the word attentively (Acts 17:10)

• Search the scriptures
• I.T. with the scriptures
• Slow down (Psalms 46:10)
• Investigate
• Think

To know the will of God we have to apply the word of God (Acts 17:12)

• The blessing is in the doing not in the knowing.
• Don’t pretend to love others (Romans 12:9)
• Don’t pay back evil with more evil (Romans 12:17)
