The Benefits Of The Waiting On The Lord

Oftentimes employers provide a comprehensive benefits package.  It’s intended to attract and retain you as an employee.

David can attest that there are many benefits to waiting on the Lord.

Here are some of the benefits:

1.)  Disposed to your desire (v. 1)

– He inclined to me and heard my cry.

In essence, when you are in the pit, God leans over to see and hear you.

2.)  Deliver Me From My Dilemma (v. 2a)

Not only does God incline Himself to you, He steps in and brings you out of the pit.

3)  Determine Your Durability (v. 2b)

Many depend on their finances or trust in their health, but only God is able to sustain.
