New Covenant offers several ways to get connected and stay joined to the local church family.

Becoming A New Member
With rare exception, all of our worship services will include an invitation to make New Covenant Christian Ministries your church home.  At that time, interested worshippers are asked to get their belongings and come to the front of the sanctuary.  Altar workers are ready to escort them to a room where they will receive materials to register their membership and other information pertinent to becoming a part of NCCM. One of the very important items of information will include the schedule for New Member Orientation.

New Member Orientation classes are designed to acquaint the new member with the history, mission, vision, values, and doctrinal beliefs of New Covenant.  Using the New Member Orientation Handbook and the book What the Spirit is Saying to the Church, new members are prepared to embrace their new church family and begin the life transformation journey just ahead.

After orientation, there are several ways for our members to meet other believers and grow in their personal walk with the Lord. We offer an array of small groups, fellowship groups, and serving opportunities.

Small Groups
All over the city, small groups meet for the purpose of connecting, fellowshipping, and growing. The small groups are designed around commonalities such as geographic location, gender, marital status, and even interests and special needs. There are some small groups that meet on weekday evenings, some during midday, and even some that meet through virtual web-based connection. School of Ministry
The School of Ministry (SOM) exists to help facilitate the call of God on the lives of leaders by scriptural and spiritual preparation. We offer biblical, doctrinal, and practical skill training to ensure a life of ministry that will glorify God and equip students to serve the Body of Christ. The School of Ministry is dedicated to engaging and preparing God’s leaders for transformation. Students have the unique opportunity for classroom training that includes both semester and workshop-based courses as well as internships. The SOM currently offers four programs of study in which a student can earn a Certificate of Completion in the areas of Christian Education, Christian Counseling, Christian Leadership, and Christian Ministry (Five-Fold Ministry). Fellowship Groups
Men, women, unmarried adults, mothers of young children, entrepreneurs, and more have an opportunity to come together in affinity groups that are designed for the purpose of fellowship and strengthening. Fellowship groups provide an opportunity for people to come together and enjoy mutual exchange and growth in their walk with Christ.

Serving Opportunities
There are countless ministries where your gifts and talents can be put to use. From time to time, department leaders will provide special announcements for specific service opportunities. We encourage you to check our NCCM Help Wanted page regularly.
