(Proverbs 4:23)
(Proverbs 4:23)
Communication is not:
Communication is:
“I wonder how many…issues could be resolved…if we would simply come together…and have an exchange between individuals.” – Pastor Billy Johnson
Three components to communication:
The Sender
The Receiver
The Message itself
Sometimes it not what you say or how you say it but WHEN you say it.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 –
1 To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
2 A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
7 A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
8 A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace.

Matthew 12:34-37
34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. 36 But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
“You can only bring out of your heart what you put in there.” – Pastor Billy Johnson
“Different is not bad; different is just different.” – Dr. D’Ann Johnson

It is wrong to think that everyone should be just like you.
