God has given each believer spiritual gifts that He wants to use for His glory. But some of us don’t want to use them, or even deny that we have them.
God freely distributes gifts to all who are saved. He wants to know and grow in our gift.
Let’s look at the story of David. He was the most unlikely choice to slay David, but he used the gift God gave him.
Three Different Types of Believers
The Person That Knows Their Spiritual Gift
- their abilities and gifts are from God.
- the purpose of their gift is to fulfill the great commission.
- God has created each of us differently.
The Person That Is Not Confident in Their Spiritual Gift
A good example of this type of person is Moses. Moses had many excuses as to why he could not fulfill the purpose of God.
Oftentimes these believers need a slight push of encouragement.
The Person That Does Not Know Their Spiritual Gift
There is no shame in not knowing your spiritual gift.
“The body of Christ helps you discover, develop, and deploy your gift.” – Minister Alan Thompson
First you must pray for God’s guidance. Ask Him to use you for His will.
